This coffee is grown on the El Dorado estate in Alto Mogiana Mineira region by the skilled farmer Laerce Franca Faleiros at an altitude of 1,205 metres above sea level. The beans are processed using honey, pulped natural, and natural methods resulting in a sweet and nutty flavour with notes of milk chocolate and a hint of mango sweetness. We roast these beans medium dark giving a smooth and balanced coffee which we love on espresso!
