This decaffeinated coffee retains the distinctive charm of Yemen, delivering a flavourful cup. The CO₂ decaffeination method gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s original flavours, making it ideal for maintaining the unique character of high-quality beans—without using harsh chemicals.

Al Hayma—renowned for its rugged climate and elevations reaching 2,250 meters—lends depth and structure to the coffee, while Anis contributes balance and bright, fruit-forward notes. This results in notes of juicy grape, raspberry acidity and creamy chocolate, resulting in a balanced cup.
